Construction Partnering & Training

We offer construction Partnering services and training that can be adapted to the needs and uniqueness of any kind and size of construction projects to work with both owner and contractor as well as third parties.

Unique and separate partnering forums can also be provided addressing the full range of other key stakeholders on construction projects can also including AHJ’s, design, construction management consultants, subcontractors and others.

With nearly equal experience as an owner and contractor, I have a unique perspective to contribute to partnering because I have sat in both their chairs and walked in each of their boots working through differing or conflicting interests to achieve “Mission First” objectives.

My overall goal is to help create a “Mission First” culture and mindset for every construction contract that puts the interests of the project above individual interests and helps create relationships that last beyond the project.
