I coordinate and direct high-profile infrastructure construction programs and projects for major transit agency in Seattle. Responsibilities include overall construction management (CM), direction and leadership of 60-person teams of professionals, contract and schedule development, strategic planning, contract negotiation, preconstruction services, estimating and VE reviews.
• Serving as Partnering Facilitator for Design Build Kent ($71.5M) and Auburn ($60.4M) Station Access Improvements Parking Garages.
• NE 130th St.Infill Station (2020–25). $99.7M, Spearheaded development of contract, planning, scheduling, and integration of project to be constructed on the operating Lynnwood Link Light rail system. Terminated station contact negotiations with HCGCCM due to pricing impasse, converted contract to public bid resulting in $42M savings.
• Lynnwood Link Light Rail Extension (2016–25). $1.9B 8.5 mile construction program with guideway, 4 stations and 3 parking garages; spearheaded decision-making process improvements and VE initiatives yielding $29M in project cost savings; overcame significant cost/time hurdles thru VE and scheduling efforts mitigating a 1-year delay in the design process. Led CM team through global pandemic and region wide concrete strike becoming only link extension to achieve planned completion.
• Northgate Link Light Rail Extension (2011–16) $1.3B 4.2 mile construction program with 3.4 miles of twin bore 21 ft. dia. tunnels, 2 underground and 1 elevated station and 1 mile of structural guideway. Devised schedule mitigation to overcome a $40M differing site condition on tunnel contract eliminating 8-month delay to program; directed strategic planning, schedule development and execution of comprehensive 10-year construction program achieving completion on time on budget despite numerous challenges and risks. Terminated station contact negotiations with HCGCCM due to pricing impasse, converted contract to public bid resulting in $40M savings.

My efforts were instrumental in full recovery of time and costs, and successful project completion
